Registration Process

• Select the registration ticket (you can only choose one). To reserve a spot, you must select and pay the Clinic Tuition.
• Click on the “Register Now” button.
• Complete the registration application form (next page).
• Submit registration by clicking on the “Proceed with Registration” button at the bottom of the registration form.
• Select the payment method (credit/debit card payment only).
• “Important Information About Your Registration” will appear. Confirm your personal information, make sure any required fields are selected or answered, and enter your credit card information. Once all information is entered, click the “Pay Now” button.
• If registration and payment are submitted successfully, you will be redirected to a Thank You page with a confirmation of the transaction. And you will receive a confirming email notification. Be sure to check your spam. The email will come from: [email protected]
• Please Note: All registrations are subject to approval and verification. Payment does not guarantee approval.
