Registration Process

• Select the registration ticket (can only choose one). To reserve a spot, must at minimum select and pay the Clinic Deposit.
• Click on the “Register Now” button.
• Complete registration application form (next page).
• Submit registration by clicking on the “Proceed with Registration” button at the bottom of the registration form.
• Select the method of payment (credit/debit card payment only), then click on the “Finalize Registration” button.
• You will be taken to the PayPal website to enter your payment information and submit.
• If registration is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirming email notification. Be sure to check your spam. The email will come from: [email protected]
• Please Note: All registrations are subject to approval and verification. Payment does not guarantee approval.
